Ole Wanscher
Danish furniture designer Ole Wanscher (1903-1985) was a leading figure in the Scandinavian Design movement. Emphasizing construction and form, Wanscher shaped Danish furniture as a designer and teacher. His detailed designs are equal parts architectural and functional.
Clarence Teed
Clarence Teed (1915-1994) was an American designer and craftsman. A contemporary of George Nakashima, Phillip Lloyd Powell, Sam Maloof and others, Teed’s practice emphasized woodworking as an art form.
Vladimir Kagan
The New York Times describes Vladimir Kagan (1927-2016) as “one of the most important furniture designers of the 20th century.” An inspiration to many designers, the iconic curvature of his pieces is referenced everywhere - from hotels to textiles and home furnishings.
Piero Fornasetti
Piero Fornasetti (1913-1988) was known for an eclectic creativity that defied attribution to a single movement. He was an important figure in Italian industrial design, but was also involved in painting, drawing, graphic design and product design.

Paul Evans (1931-1987) was an American born furniture designer, sculptor and artist known for his contributions to the American Craft Movement of the 1970s. He is well-known for creating metal sculpted furniture.
